You should request technology assistance by emailing helpdesk@business.illinois.edu or call us at 217-244-0812. Specific requests for AV support should be sent to avsupport@business.illinois.edu or call 217-333-6568. Your request will be entered immediately into our Service Desk workflow. Requests sent to individual IT staff may result in delayed response, so please use the support email for all requests.
